The Membership Application form may be submitted :

To make payment:
- Send e-Transfer to carptennisclub@gmail.com.
Membership is not finalized until payment is received. All members will receive an email confirmation. At that time, we will provide all other information such as the gate code.
Membership Fees
Our membership fees are the most affordable in the area! We want everyone to have an opportunity to play tennis.

| Family: 1 or 2 parents and all children | $135 |
| Single Adult: 18 yrs and over | $75 |
| Student: 13 yrs or over with proof of full-time school attendance | $50 |
| Junior: 12 yrs and under | $30 |
| Guest: Members may bring guests for a fee | $5/visit |
